How our products are made
Every Desi Rascals item is printed to order. This means your item is made specifically for you after you place your order — we do not hold pre-made stock. This allows us to offer a wider design range with less environmental waste.
Processing time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched. During peak periods (Eid, Diwali, Christmas, sale events) processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfilment partner.
UK delivery
• Standard (3–7 business days after dispatch): £3.99
• Free UK standard shipping on orders over £60
UK orders are fulfilled from our print partner's facility in the United Kingdom, so no customs delays apply.
International delivery
• Europe (7–14 business days after dispatch): £9.99
• USA & Canada (7–14 business days after dispatch): £14.99
• Australia & New Zealand (10–18 business days after dispatch): £14.99
• Rest of world (10–21 business days after dispatch): £14.99
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery delays
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high postal volumes, customs processing, or factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch (UK) or 30 days (international), please contact us at support@desirascals.com.
Lost or missing orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local delivery office. If the item is confirmed lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will require a redelivery fee to be resent.
