Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our commitment
At Desi Rascals, every item is printed to order specifically for you. This means we don't hold stock, which allows us to offer a wider range of designs and reduces waste. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility for returns
We accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The print quality is significantly different from the product images shown
• The wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfilment error
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
• You ordered the wrong size (please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing)
• You changed your mind after the order was placed
• The item has been worn, washed, or the tags have been removed
• The request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date
How to request a return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item
We will respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In cases where the error was ours (wrong item, defective print), we will cover the cost of a replacement item and its postage. We will not request the original item to be returned in these cases.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, the most efficient solution is to place a new order for the correct size and return the original item. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund for the returned item minus the return postage cost.
Damaged items in transit
If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please photograph the packaging and the item on receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Gift orders
Items purchased as gifts follow the same returns policy. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date, not the date the gift was received.
